Questions and answers

Do I need to buy a CRM?

In most cases a free tier is enough. When you outgrow it we will tell you when and what to move to — but there is no need to start on a paid plan.

We are a two-person business — why a system?

Two-person businesses lose enquiries most often: nobody checks. A system is not software but order: who replies, when and with what. Software only helps keep it.

How much of our time will it take?

About two hours: one call at the start and one at handover. We do the rest.
