Privacy notice
What data a1-is.tech collects, why, for how long, and how to have it removed.
1. Who is responsible
The data controller is A1-IS.TECH (company details are on the About page). For anything related to your data write to info@a1-is.tech.
2. What we collect and why
Through the forms on this site we receive only what you type in: your name, a contact for our reply (e-mail or Telegram), the website or social page of your business and a description of the task. We use it to reply, to prepare the result and, if you decide to work with us, to set up the order. For the newsletter we keep your e-mail and the confirmation of your subscription.
When you submit a form we also store the date of consent and a hash of your IP address (not the address itself) — to filter spam and to evidence consent.
3. Lawful basis
Your consent, given by ticking the box in the form, and the performance of a contract when you order a service (UK GDPR, Article 6(1)(a) and (b)).
4. Retention
Enquiries are kept for up to three years after the last contact, then deleted. Subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe via the link in any e-mail. We delete an enquiry earlier on request.
5. Sharing
We do not sell data or share it for advertising. Data is stored on our own server; new enquiries may be forwarded to us by e-mail and Telegram. Technical providers (hosting) have access only to the extent needed to run the server.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site sets one technical cookie with your language choice. There are no third-party trackers or advertising cookies. See the cookie notice.
7. Your rights
You may ask what data we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw consent and request deletion. Write to info@a1-is.tech — we answer within 10 working days. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

A new version is published on this page with the date of the update.
