Questions and answers

Do I have to pay for AI services?

For most workflows the free limits or the tools you already have are enough. If a task needs a paid API, we tell you in advance what it costs per month and offer an option without it.

Will the bot mislead a customer?

The bot answers only from your knowledge base; for anything outside it, it says it will check and passes the question to a person. We test this before launch.

What if an employee leaves and nobody understands how it works?

That is why every workflow comes with a one-page plain-language description, and all access stays on your accounts.
