Terms of service

1. What this is

These terms apply to the services listed on the Services page and to the online consultation. The provider is A1-IS.TECH (company details on the About page). The client is anyone who submits a request on this site.

2. How an order works

You describe the task in the form. We clarify the details, build the result and send you a link to it. You look at it. If it works for you, you pay the quoted amount and receive the result in full (files, access, transfer of rights). If it does not, you pay nothing and the result stays with us.

3. Consultation

The online consultation lasts one hour; the price is stated on the Consultation page and is agreed before the session. Rescheduling is possible up to 12 hours before the start; a no-show is not refunded.

4. Price and payment

The price of each piece of work is quoted together with the finished result and confirmed in writing. Payment details are given at that point. Payment is deemed made when the funds reach the provider's account.

5. Rights to the result

Until payment all rights to the result belong to the provider. After full payment the client receives the exclusive rights to the materials created for them (texts, design, code, configuration), except for third-party components, which stay under their own licences.

6. Liability

The provider is responsible for the quality of the result up to the amount paid for it. The provider does not guarantee specific sales figures, search rankings or reach, as these depend on the market and on the client's actions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Data

Personal data is processed as described in the privacy notice.

8. Acceptance and law

Submitting a request on this site or paying for a consultation means you accept these terms. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The current version is the one published on this page.
